User Management Scripts
Issue: User cannot log in.
Error: "user not found" error:
Solution:
- first check if the user exists in the directory
- Is this person SSO only? If yes, then username and password will not work
- then check if they are using the right instance (EU vs. US)
- then check for obvious mistakes in e.g. spelling of username or email address
- then check if you can click on request password reset when specifying their user's email
- As a last resort, delete the user and then add them back into the workspace
