Issue: User cannot log in.
Error: "user not found" error:
Solution:
  1. first check if the user exists in the directory
  2. Is this person SSO only?  If yes, then username and password will not work
  3. then check if they are using the right instance (EU vs. US)
  4. then check for obvious mistakes in e.g. spelling of username or email address
  5. then check if you can click on request password reset when specifying their user's email
  6. As a last resort, delete the user and then add them back into the workspace
