Purpose of Training

Train the customer on how to use PetroVisor 

  • Educate executives on how to read dashboards (awareness level)
  • Teach users the basic skills to be able to do useful things with the platform (skillful level)
  • Train superusers to become experts using PetroVisor (master/expert level)

Methodology

Demo – to understand the big picture/features

eLearning (videos) – to break the ice; familiarize with the software

Live Training (can be in person or MS Teams) – to advance the learning

Practice/OJT (on the job training) – to enhance skills

Performance support - to give users the ability to find answers quickly
