MovingPercentile()
Returns the specified percentile of data in a moving time window.
Returns the specified percentile of the specified numeric expression in the moving time window the size of specified time steps backwards and forwards:
Syntax
MovingPercentile(double numericExpression, double pointsBefore,
double pointsAfter, double percentile)
- NumericExpression
- pointsBefore
- pointsAfter
- percentile
Example
MovingPercentile("oil production rate" in "m3/h", 4, 4, 25)
Returns the specified percentile in a moving time window. When detrend is true, it calculates the percentile of residuals from a first-degree least-squares fit and returns the corresponding value on the fitted trend at the current time point, basically removing long-term trends before calculating percentiles:
Syntax
MovingPercentile(double numericExpression, double pointsBefore,
double pointsAfter, double percentile, boolean detrend)
- NumericExpression
- pointsBefore
- pointsAfter
- percentile
- detrend
Example
MovingPercentile("oil production rate" in "m3/h", 4, 4, 25, true)
