Lesson 13: Edit the Workspace Value for DCA to only run for 10 years.
Workspace Values are constants that can be used throughout the workspace.
Training Guide
We are going to modify the workspace value for the length of time that the forecast runs out. Remember, we are trying to determine which wells we need to divest in this exercise. In the workspace, the forecast defaults to 480 months (40 years). Since that is much greater than the scope of this exercise, we are only going to run the forecast for 10 years or 120 months.
In PetroVisor, navigate to the Settings by clicking the gear next to the Workspace name.
- Find the Workspace Value AutoDCAForecastMonths.

Notice that it specifies the 480, for 480 months.
- Change the value to 120.
- Save.
