      April 2024 Updates

      Analyze

      Dashboards

      • Now, when you save your dashboard on Datagration Dashboards, the selected context, entity set, and scope will be included. Stay tuned for updates as individual selected entities are not currently saved.

      • When a new card is added to a dashboard in Datagration Dashboards, the window will now automatically scroll to display the new card.

      Maps

      • The maps UI is currently undergoing updates, with the first change being a pop-up notification informing users that the lasso tool has been moved to the right side. Additionally, improvements have been made to the map user interface, including shifting controls to the right side for easier access to Layers, Tooltip Signals, and Map Settings.


      Data

      • Added count badges when an entity set is selected, and a count badge on the Date/Depth drop-downs will now display the number of steps available.

      • Users now have the ability to view scenario data in the Data View.

      • Included data statistics for textual data types.
      • The Mode calculation on the Stats tab has been updated to display "No Mode" when all values are distinct.

      Predict

      ML

      • The default training time for ML models has been extended from 5 seconds to 60 seconds to better accommodate large datasets.

      • The default value for the Project to Principal Components has been added for better usability.

      Scenarios

      • For larger scenarios, we have made updates so that only the top 1000 data points are displayed for improved performance. If necessary, you can load the entire dataset.

      Build

      Develop

      • Python scripts now include a feature for visualizing results, which includes Tables, Stats, and Charts for better data analysis and presentation.

      Workflows

      • Workflow Runs now display activity names, allowing users to easily differentiate between them.

      Data Model

      • Time-based hierarchies are now available in the web application.

      Workspace Documentation

      • The Linked Items and Navigator link have been removed due to the unavailability of this information with the new Power BI Connector.

      Packages

      • Included Reference Tables in the list of items contained within a package.
      • Included a convenient link to access the Economics app located at the top right corner when viewing the Economics package.
